College of Botanical Healaing Arts (cont.)


The College is state certified by the California Bureau of Private Post Secondary for Vocational Education. It offers CEU's from the California Nursing Association. COBHA offers a certificate of CEOT (Certified Essential Oil Therapist) upon graduation.

The school has a 36-hour Level One Foundation Course offered as a live class 3 times a year. It also comes as a Correspondence Course with CD's and DVD, a book and 140 pages of handouts.

COBHA offers 11 Level Two classes that include Botany, Chemistry, Clinical Science, Mind/Body, History of Medicine, Phuysiology I and II, Energetic Healing, Business and Communication Skills, and Clinical Theory and Practice. These classes are given every trimester. The 7-week clinic that invites the general public for hour and half treatments is the last class before graduation.

Graduates of COBHA have work in every field where essential oils are applied, such as nursing, hospice, massage, natural animal products, retail stores, teachers in Massage Schools and COBHA, and as private practitioners.
