A brief discussion of the role and function of the lymph system, and its subsequent demonstrations of congestion will be introduced. Lymphatic cleansing and support can be easily achieved by incorporating a dry brushing protocol into your regular self-care routine. Adding the use of essential oil blends with dry brushing can enhance results.
There are several ways to achieve this:
Solid lotion base
This presentation will focus on the Solid Lotion Base which will be demonstrated. A
discussion of essential oils, carriers and butters will also be covered.
