Advertising Opportunities

AIA offers advertising in the monthly e-Newsletter.

Advertising is a cost-effective way to market an educational conference, products, services, books, magazines, media, seminars, courses, and other aromatherapy information. All advertising is subject to approval by the Publications Committee.

Ad space can only be guaranteed when payment in full is received prior to deadline. All advertising payments are to be made in advance of publication.

Advertising Guidelines

To purchase ad space select the ad price.

Monthly eNewsletter

Advertise in AIA's e-mail newsletters: The format is classified ads of no more than 50 words, no artwork. The fee is per issue, exclusive of contact information.

50 words or less:

Member: $15 per ad

Non-Member: $45 per ad

Email your ad in a "Word" document and the logo/ photo/artwork in jpg or gif to newsletters@alliance-aromatherapists.org

Deadline for submission is 15th day of month prior to publication date, which is the 1st of each month.

All submittals must be print ready in Word or Publisher format. Graphics must be in JPEG, BMP, TIFF, GIF or other Adobe Photoshop compatible format. See Advertising Guidelines
