Lisa
Davis RA
National Representative
Lisa
is owner/practitioner of Elemental Wholeness. She works with
people and animals one on one, making blends for the individual.
Her vision is to educate people so they can take control of
their own health and well being. She has been a Registered
Aromatherapist since 2004 and has over a 1,000 credit hours
in aromatherapy training. She is currently finishing her diploma
course in Animal Aromatics with Caroline Ingraham, and is
also taking a Veterinary Assistant Course, to gain further
knowledge and understanding of how the animal systems work,
so she may use essential oils more effectively with animals.
She has been 3rd degree Reiki since 2003 and just learned
EFT last year.
“My
love and respect with essential oils started in 2003 with
my first on-line course. For the first time in my life, using
essential oils I was able to take my dogs for a walk at sunset
without coming home with a dozen or so mosquito bites. As
I learned more about the therapeutic side of aromatherapy,
I knew I found my passion. For the last four years I worked
at a store, selling essential oils, herbs, etc. as well as
working with clients one on one, it has been very rewarding
for me. I started Elemental Wholeness at the beginning of
this year. I am very excited to be a regional director, I
feel privileged to be able to work with an organization with
such high standards and a sincere love for aromatherapy." |

Ann Wooledge, RN, CCAP
Central Regional Representative
Ann is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, first and foremost she says, as well as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, and the Owner/Formulator of Wingsets Aromatherapy. She is also now enrolled in the master’s degree tract for holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. Ann’s sojourn into the world of aromatherapy started with her own and her family’s issues with rosacea and eczema. She completed the certification program for health professionals through Jane Buckle in November of 2006.
Ann says that she is now focused on research, her own and others, to prove to the medical establishment and hospitals the better choices they have for the rampant infections now seen in the hospital and the huge possibilities for wound care. “I realize that the medical establishment wants clinical proof of the efficacy of any oils I might recommend. In order to do that, we need to join together as a force to improve medical care in this country and I think AIA is a very good starting point.”
Ann and her husband, Warren, live in Lincoln, Nebraska. They both enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, organic gardening and kayaking. |

Katharine Koeppen, RA
Texas State Representative
Katharine, founder of Aromaceuticals, is passionate about plants and has been practicing clinical aromatherapy for nearly fifteen years. She is one of the few practitioners to have received the title of registered aromatherapist (RA) from the Aromatherapy Registration Council and is also nationally certified in therapeutic bodywork. Katharine is a popular instructor and speaker on the subject of aromatics and healing, and her audiences have included community support groups, nurses, psychotherapists, massage therapists and naturopathic physicians.
I would like to encourage friendship and networking opportunities via electronic and new media, since Texas has a membership spread widely throughtout a large state. We can all benefit from knowing each other and working toward the common goals of aromatherapy awareness and education. Ideally, I would like to see monthly conference call meetings for members to discuss current issues facing their practices and businesses, and to encourage community outreach efforts in order to build both aromatherapy awareness and AIA membership.

“I am very excited to be working with the AIA. The goals
of AIA and my own nicely coincide with each other. As many
natural
health care providers will tell you, most of them
have become professionals in the natural health arena by having
gone through their own health challenges, only to overcome
them by natural means. I am no different. What I have learned
from my journey
is that there is a NEED for aromatherapy and
other natural health practices to become more integrated into
mainstream medical and dental."
