Teleconferences

AIA's Teleconference held on November 18, 2009.

Our Presenter: Jennifer Ioppolo

Topic: Enhancing the Medical/Dental Office with Aromatherapy

About the Teleconference:
Jennifer will share her approach to the dental/medical industries. Aromatherapy is both a pleasant and potent solution for creating a calm, comforting, and positive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Most dental offices are dedicated to patient comfort and creating a "comfort zone" is gaining popularity. Aroma also provides pleasant memory association - leading to more office re-visits and referrals. Interestingly, many health professionals are advocates of using scent to enhance their offices. There are several ways to utilize aroma in the dental/medical office.

  • Ambient scenting
  • Personal application
  • Hands-on treatment
