Grief support with Plant Medicine and Complementary Therapies from my book, A Fragrant Memory.

with Sara Jo Holmes

" The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not 'get over' the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal, and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again, but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to" This is a quote from Elisabeth Kubler-Ross from the book: On Grief and Grieving by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler, 2005. This quote says everything we need to know about grief except how to continue on and make life bearable. It feels totally unbearable when you lose someone you love!

I found through my life experiences how to work through grief with aromatherapy, massage, meditation, energy work, nature escapes, and journaling. I had tried counselling, medication, and many other traditional methods for healing but nothing was working. Using aromatherapy was the beginning of my transition back to a full life. Through this teleseminar and my handout with aromatherapy blends and other ideas, I hope you will be able to find your way too.
