Regenerative Agricultural Practices of Elemi in the Philippines with Jirbie Go

Jirbie is the current AIA Rep for the Philippines. As one of the pioneering Certified aromatherapists in the country, Jirbie has been invited to participate in various public speaking engagements about aromatherapy since 2018. She continues to empower and inspire her students to further their studies in aromatherapy through her blog, her Youtube channel, her podcast, and through personal mentoring as she uses her platform to promote safe and responsible use of essential oils. Jirbie remains to be a conduit between small scale producers of essential oils and end users in the hopes of uplifting the Philippine aromatherapy industry as she supports these microproducers in their sustainable and regenerative efforts.

I am one of the key opinion leaders in the Philippine aromatherapy and has been very much in touch with our local producers (farmers) of various aromatic plants all over the Philippines like Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata), Elemi (Canarium luzonicum), Philippine Cinnamon (Cinnamonum mercadoi), among others.
We invite you to become familiar with AIA’s Standards of Practice and Safety Statement, available on the web at
